Consolidate and maintain operational measurements supporting initiatives. Provide insights into timeline, phasing, and execution of program plans and end-to-end impact of dependencies and risks. Ensure program scorecards are maintained (metrics and financial). Analyze program plans in detail to support program managers in identifying key opportunities to accelerate execution. Maintain initiative pipeline in different phases - \"cradle to grave\". Tie out with Corporate Finance to ensure P&L reflects operational performance and achievement.
