To support the Department of Resource Utilization in the development and maintenance of collaborative relationships with physicians and healthcare system staff to ensure cost effective procurement of supplies and results-oriented project outcomes. To provide recommendations to identify specific financial goals and objectives and initiatives to realize strategic goals. To facilitate the Value Analysis Program through process improvement, cost savings, and resource utilization initiatives, both clinically and operationally focused; this may include the hospital, clinic(s) and/or healthcare system. To conduct these activities while maintaining or improving the quality of care provided to patients.
Salary Range: $57,969.60 - $92,206.40
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration or a closely-related field and five (5) years experience in a clinical or healthcare setting having administrative responsibilities required. Currently licensed or licensed by endorsement as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the Alabama Board of Nursing preferred.
